Graish

I'm thinking of having a Grasih day at the compnay on Thursday. I thinking of booking the meeting room for the whole day to make it the official table for food and stuff for this event.

im a bit excited that ramadan 3ala il abwab, i love this month. مبارك عليكم الشهر مقدما 

my goal is to lose 6 kilos in ramadan. some people might find it impossible to lose weight in ramadan but i find it pretty easy. every ramadan i lose 4-5 kilos. the secret is to limit yourself from having too much sweets, have a bite or two per day thats it. have a good fu6oor, then if you get hungry have an apple, then su7oor. you could have your su7oor from 12 to 3am. this way, with an hour to one hour and a half of walking everyday, it'll be easy to lose weight, try it and thank me later on.

good luck with losing the weight :)
I really don't mind the eating limitations... but exercising in ramadan is a bit difficult for me :\
